Teknoventure Management and Wedeco Management join forces
Noweco is formed by two regional venture capital companies: Teknoventure Management Oy from Oulu and Oy Wedeco Management Ab from Vaasa. The new firm is owned by its managers.
Noweco Partners offers equity financing and ownership solutions to companies in various sectors by participating in business reorganizations and growth financing. We mainly invest in western and northern Finland.
Noweco has been involved in venture capital investments since 1987. It manages assets of some 87 million euros in its funds and is an owner in around 45 Finnish companies.
The company is a member of the Finnish Venture Capital Association (FVCA).
